Summary

Defines “annual gross income” for child support calculation. Subdivision (a): income from whatever source derived, including salaries, wages, commissions, bonuses, rents, dividends, pensions, interest, trust income, disability/unemployment benefits, social security, spousal support received, and business income. Subdivision (b): court may consider earning capacity in lieu of actual income. Subdivision (c): excludes child support received and need-based public assistance from gross income.
