On 4/16/2026 Charles Nibley (Respondent) picked up Jack Nibley (Son) from Rolling Hills Elementary ESS at approximately 2:27 PM (see the same-day pickup acknowledgment thread documented in EX11 - 2026-04-16 - 4-16 pickup — Jennifer’s acknowledgment + accidental forward) and proceeded with Jack to Charley’s parents’ home in Rancho Bernardo for an overnight visit. Jack returned to school on 4/17/2026 for a normal full day at Rolling Hills Elementary.
Strategic Relevance
